What do you do here at Wright Lab?
What is the most unique and/or exciting experience you’ve had here at Wright Lab?
A couple months ago I came into WL on a Saturday, to pick up a notebook I had forgotten. As I walked towards the empty building, I saw a weird looking sign pasted on the main entrance. After a moment’s hesitation I decided to go in, only to find most of the walls covered in the same printed sign. I didn’t know what the sign meant, but I had a bad feeling about it and started spiraling, thinking of all the terrible things the signs could mean. I was halfway up the stairs when I turned around and sprinted out of the building, convinced that the sign meant that there had been a radiation leakage. I hurried home wishing I hadn’t gone in and, after catching my breath, checked my phone for any radiation alerts I might have missed.
That day I learned that the signs were targets for a 3D scan of the building needed for planning Wright Lab’s expansion, and that I should really get better at checking my email.
What are you looking forward to in the coming year at Wright Lab?
I am excited to ramp up my research! I have spent quite a bit of time in the last couple years working on my ATLAS Qualification task, but now that I’ve finished that work I can focus on my analysis.
