This January, the Yale Quantum Institute will host a symposium celebrating the career (so far!) of Steven Girvin, from Many Body to Many Qubits!
Colloquially called Girvin Fest, this two-day symposium, open to all, will bring speakers from Steve's many fields (click here to see the confirmed speakers, few more to come).
Registration closes on December 14 at midnight, or when the capacity of the auditorium is reached. To help us cover a portion of the cost, we will charge a registration fee of $100 per attendee.
This event is sponsored by the Yale Provost Office, the Yale Quantum Institute, RSL lab, and the Yale Physics Department thanks to the support of the Miller-Breit Memorial Lecture.
