As Wright Lab is part of the Yale Physics Department, Wright Lab community members are very involved in both leadership of and participation in all of the belonging initiatives in the Yale Physics Department, including department organizations, shared leadership in the departmental advisory committees, and outreach efforts. Wright Lab community members are frequently recognized for their advocacy and efforts pertaining to belonging at Yale and beyond.
