Several Wright Lab graduate students have recently won fellowships.

Hannah Bossi, Samantha Pagan and Arina Telles have each been awarded a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.  The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master’s and doctoral degrees at accredited United States institutions

Sumita Ghosh has been accepted into the triplet program of the Quantum Information Science and Engineering Network (QISE-NET), which includes funding for up to three years of research at a leading technology company or national laboratory.  QISE-NET is a one-of-a-kind national training program for graduate students pursuing careers in quantum science and engineering, to advance academic and industrial efforts in the science and engineering of quantum information.  Ghosh will spend time at Fermilab working with Fermilab scientist Aaron Chu and Wright Lab associate professor of physics Reina Maruyama as part of her thesis project.
