The Physics Department is currently undergoing a self-study in preparation for an external review of the Physics Department later this semester. Instead of the annual state-of-the-department presentation, I invite you to join me for a conversation and listening session about the state of the department. I look forward to hearing your comments and thoughts on any aspect of the department and future priorities.
